Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

No returns. We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Check the size charts before you buy.

If an exchange is required to a damaged product, you may be required to send the item back to us, but you will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping (up to $10USD). The replacement item will be sent back to you for free. Please contact us at info@thekindlyoffensive.com if you need an exchange.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel an order?

If your order has not been processed, please email your cancellation request to info@thekindlyoffensive.com and depending on the status of your order, at our discretion, we may issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.


I forgot to enter my coupon code. Can I apply it after my order has been placed?

No, coupon codes must be entered into the coupon code field at the time of checkout.


I received a damaged item, what do i do?

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. If the damage you've received isn't related to this white residue, please email info@thekindlyoffensive.com and we will help you sort this out.

How can I check my exchange status?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your exchange item has been sent out.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?
Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7 business days for your exchange to be fulfilled and sent out.
