How do I track my order?
Order tracking will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout. For international orders fulfilled in the US, tracking will not update once the package leaves the country - items move through the destination country's regular mail therefore we are not advised of delivery nor can we inquire about status. Please check with your local post office for order updates. Although we try our best, we are not in control of postal services and cannot guarantee delivery of international orders.
How much is shipping?
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the amount of products ordered and the destination of the order. Customs and duty fees are not included - if fees are charged, they are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship from the United States, Canada and Europe. Free Shipping is available for US destinations with an order over $50. Tracking is included.
I only received part of my order! What gives?
If an item is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for any extra shipments.
Can I receive a refund if I cancel an order?
If your order has not been processed, please email your cancellation request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on the status of your order, at our discretion, we may issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.
I forgot to enter my coupon code. Can I apply it after my order has been placed?
No, coupon codes must be entered into the coupon code field at the time of checkout.
I received a damaged item, what do i do?
You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. If the damage you've received isn't related to this white residue, please email email@example.com and we will help you sort this out.
How can I check my exchange status?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your exchange item has been sent out.
How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?
Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7 business days for your exchange to be fulfilled and sent out.
