Orders are generally fulfilled within 2-7 business days of placement. Please allow extra time during peak weekends/holidays.

Domestic shipments usually take 1-10 business days to arrive. International orders usually take between 15-20 business days to arrive but there is no guarantee - you know... customs and what-not type of bullshit. Items sent internationally must first clear customs. Depending upon volumes, delays may occur. We cannot intervene in the customs process nor the postal administration of the destination country. We are not responsible for customs delays, carrier delays, import fees or lost items. By placing your order you are accepting the risks associated with any online purchase.

Pre-orders will be shipped when the items are available. There is no definite date to when these items will be available. 

Order Tracking

Unless indicated, tracking is included on all orders. We ship via USPS and Canada Post.

Once the package leaves the US for international orders, tracking will not update. Regular mail items move through the destination country's regular mail; we are not advised of delivery nor can we inquire about status. Please check with your local postal administration for order updates. Although we try our best, we are not in control of postal services and cannot guarantee delivery of international orders. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the amount of products ordered and the destination of the product. Customs and duty fees are not included - if fees are charged, they are the responsibility of the buyer. We ship from Canada and the United States.

This service is comparable to USPS First-Class Package Int'l. USPS First-Class Int'l prices are typically more expensive, but they offer tracking to Canada while International Economy does not.

Tracking capabilities depend on the destination. Some countries have intra-country scans, while others will show when the package has delivered.


Back Orders/Pre-Orders

If an item is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for any subsequent shipments. 


Can I receive a refund if I return an item?

No returns. We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Check the size charts before you buy.

If an exchange is required to a damaged product, you may be required to send the item back to us, but you will be reimbursed for the cost of shipping (up to $10USD). The replacement item will be sent back to you for free. Please contact us at if you need an exchange.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel an order?

If your order has not been processed, please email your cancellation request to and depending on the status of your order, at our discretion, we may issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse any refund requests.

I forgot to enter my coupon code. Can I apply it after my order has been placed?

No, coupon codes must be entered into the coupon code field at the time of checkout. 

I received a damaged item, what do i do?

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! This is a special solution used for printing and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable. If the damage you've received isn't related to this white residue, please email and we will help you sort this out.

How can I check my exchange status?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your exchange item has been sent out.

How long will it take for my exchange to be processed?

Once we have received your return, it should take approximately 7 business days for your exchange to be fulfilled and sent out.
